Vouchers:

All voucher are valid until the expiry date shown on the voucher or for a limited time only as specified. Vouchers are valid for one time/purchase only to the person it is issued.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
Please first contact us specifying the fault with the item or the reason for return.
We will send you a returns address to send the item back to us.

All items must be returned as 'signed for' or 'trackable' as we can not refund or exchange an item that is lost.

If you are dissatisfied with the item and it is not damaged or was not delivered in error the buyer pays the full return postage costs. We will issue a full refund minus postage & packaging costs after we have received the returned item.

If the item is damaged or was delivered in error we will issue a full refund including postage & packaging costs after we have received the returned item.

If you want to return the goods they must be sent back to us in the same condition that you received them, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Once we have received the returned goods you will be issued a refund or an exchange will be sent out as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your return.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

Warranty:

The Light Therapy Lamp comes with a 12 month Guarantee/Warranty for mechanical faults/faliure. An extra 1 year warranty can be purchased at the cost of £30.
